How to Delete Your Data

JivitKur primarily operates as an internal content publishing system for our own brand channels. However, if you believe JivitKur has accessed or stored data related to your account through a platform integration, you can request complete data deletion using any of the methods below.

Method 1: Direct Email Request

This is the fastest way to request deletion. Send an email to:

What to include in your email:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• The platform(s) you connected: Facebook, TikTok, and/or YouTube
• Your account username or the email associated with the platform account
• Any additional details that help us identify your data

Method 2: Facebook App Removal

If you authorized JivitKur via Facebook, you can remove the app and request data deletion directly from Facebook:

  Open Facebook Settings
  Go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites

  Find JivitKur
  Look for "JivitKur" in your connected apps list.

  Remove the App
  Click "Remove" next to JivitKur. Facebook will also give you the option to delete all data JivitKur received from Facebook.

  Check "Delete activity"
  Make sure you check the option: "Delete all posts, videos and events posted on Facebook by JivitKur" if you want all activity removed.

Facebook will also send a callback to JivitKur's deletion endpoint to trigger automatic server-side data removal.

Facebook's Automated Deletion Callback

JivitKur has implemented the Facebook Data Deletion Callback endpoint at:

When triggered by Facebook, this endpoint immediately:

• Revokes all Facebook access tokens for your account
• Deletes all stored Facebook-related data from our systems
• Returns a confirmation URL for you to check deletion status

Method 3: TikTok Authorization Revocation

  Open TikTok App
  Tap your Profile icon → ☰ Menu (top right)

  Go to Settings & Privacy
  Tap "Settings and Privacy" → "Privacy"

  Manage App Permissions
  Tap "Manage App Permissions" or "Authorized Apps"

  Revoke JivitKur
  Find JivitKur in the list and tap "Revoke Access". This immediately invalidates our TikTok access token.

  Email us for server-side deletion
  Send a deletion request to contact@jivitkur.com so we remove your data from our servers too.

Method 4: Google/YouTube Access Revocation

  Visit Google Account Permissions
  Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions

  Find JivitKur
  Look for "JivitKur" in the list of third-party apps with access to your Google account.

  Remove Access
  Click "Remove Access". This immediately revokes our YouTube refresh token.

  Request server-side deletion
  Email contact@jivitkur.com to confirm all YouTube-related data is deleted from our servers.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing a deletion request, JivitKur permanently removes:

• ✅ All access tokens and refresh tokens for your connected account(s)
• ✅ Any analytics or performance data retrieved from your account(s)
• ✅ All logs and records associated with your account activity
• ✅ Any cached content or metadata retrieved via API

Note: Content already published to your social media channels (Facebook posts, TikTok videos, YouTube uploads) is not deleted from those platforms by default — only from JivitKur's internal systems. To remove published content, please delete it directly on each platform.

Checking Deletion Status

After submitting a deletion request, you can check its status by:

• Emailing contact@jivitkur.com with your original request reference number
• For Facebook-triggered deletions, Facebook will provide a confirmation URL
