JivitKur ("we", "us", "our") operates a family and couple life content brand publishing original Khmer-language video content across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with our content management system and website at jivitkur.com.

By using our website or interacting with our content management features, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Contact information (name, email) when you contact us
• Feedback or messages sent to us via email

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Analytics data via platform-native tools (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)

2.3 Platform Data (for our own accounts only)

When we connect JivitKur's content system to our social media accounts, we collect and process:

• Performance metrics for our own published content (views, likes, comments, reach)
• Follower/subscriber counts for our own pages and channels
• Platform access tokens that authorize posting to our own accounts

3. Platform Tokens & API Access

3.1 How We Store Tokens

JivitKur uses official API access tokens from Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to post content to our own brand channels. These tokens are:

• Stored as encrypted environment variables in our cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers Secrets)
• Never stored in plain text or in any publicly accessible location
• Never shared with third parties
• Used only for posting content to our own JivitKur brand pages/channels
• Rotated periodically for security

3.2 Scope of Access

The permissions we request from each platform are limited to the minimum required:

• Facebook: pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, publish_video — used only to post to the JivitKur Facebook Page
• TikTok: video.publish, video.upload — used only to post to the @jivitkur TikTok account
• YouTube: youtube.upload — used only to upload to the JivitKur YouTube channel

3.3 Token Revocation

You can revoke JivitKur's access to any platform at any time by:

• Facebook: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove JivitKur
• TikTok: Profile → Privacy → Apps Authorized → Revoke JivitKur
• YouTube/Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps → Remove JivitKur

Or by emailing contact@jivitkur.com and we will immediately revoke and delete all tokens.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Publish original JivitKur content to our own social media channels
• Monitor the performance of our own published content
• Track progress toward platform monetization thresholds
• Improve our content strategy based on audience engagement data
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

We do not use data to:

• Sell or rent data to third parties
• Target advertisements to individuals
• Access, read, or store data from accounts other than our own JivitKur accounts

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Service Providers: We use Cloudflare (hosting), Google Cloud (AI processing), and the platforms' own APIs. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred to the successor entity.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
• Platform tokens stored as encrypted secrets (Cloudflare Workers Secrets)
• Access limited to authorized personnel only
• Regular security reviews
• No storage of sensitive data in source code or public repositories

7. Facebook / Meta Data

JivitKur integrates with Facebook's Graph API to publish Reels to the JivitKur Facebook Page. In connection with this integration:

• We receive a Page Access Token from the JivitKur Page administrator
• We use this token solely to publish video content to the JivitKur Page
• We access Page Insights data to measure the performance of our own published content
• We do not access personal data of Facebook users who view or interact with our Page
• We comply with the Meta Platform Policy

8. TikTok Data

JivitKur integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API v2 to publish videos to the @jivitkur TikTok account. In connection with this integration:

• We store a TikTok OAuth 2.0 access token for the @jivitkur account only
• This token is used exclusively to upload and publish original JivitKur video content
• We access only the scopes video.publish and video.upload
• We do not access TikTok followers' data, DMs, or any other account data
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared
• We comply with the TikTok API Policy

TikTok Token Revocation

To revoke JivitKur's TikTok access at any time:

1. Open TikTok app → Profile → ☰ Menu → Settings → Privacy → Manage app permissions
2. Find JivitKur and tap "Revoke"
3. Or email contact@jivitkur.com and we will revoke within 24 hours

9. YouTube / Google Data

JivitKur integrates with the YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to the JivitKur YouTube channel. In connection with this integration:

• We store a YouTube OAuth 2.0 refresh token for the JivitKur channel only
• This token is used exclusively to upload original content via videos.insert
• We do not access YouTube viewers' data, comments, or other users' channels
• We comply with the YouTube API Terms of Service
• Our use of YouTube API data is further governed by Google's Privacy Policy

YouTube/Google Token Revocation

You can revoke access at: myaccount.google.com/permissions

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion page)
• Restriction: Request we limit how we use your data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data
